Disneyland Resort 2005
This was our trip to the Disneyland Resort for Christmas 2005. It was a 6 day trip the week before Christmas from Dec. 17 through Dec. 23. It also happens to be the 50th Anniversary of Disneyland so not only was it decorated for Christmas but also for the anniversary. We had 6 day park hopper passes and again stayed at the Paradise Pier Hotel. There is no longer a back entrance for Paradise Pier but now we are allowed to take a short cut through The Grand Californian Hotel. And since we usually started our day at Disney's California Adventure we would ride California Screamin' 2 or 3 times to start the day. DCA is also the home of The Hollywood Tower Of Terror which was still being built on our last trip, so we finally got to ride on it. There was also a new ride which opened while we were there called Monsters Inc. Mike & Sulley To The Rescue. It was a very cute ride. Also The newly rebuilt Space Mountain was open and we rode that several times. During this trip we also took a Guided Tour called From Imagination to Celebration which was all about the 50th Anniversary. It was very informative and we also got premier seating to watch the fireworks.
