Disneyland Resort 2007
This was our very unexpected quick weekend trip to the Disneyland Resort on President's Day Weekend 2007. On Friday afternoon we decided to drive down to Disneyland on Saturday Morning. We had a very nice drive down and arrived in Anaheim around 5:00 p.m. checked into our motel which was a few miles from Disneyland, but what can you expect with 1 day notice. The main reason for this trip was to take our grandson to see Mickey Mouse for the first time. He really likes watching Disney movies so we knew he would enjoy seeing all of those characters in person. The funny thing is that the only character that really scared him was Mater from "Cars". One of his favorite movies. He enjoyed dancing with Sulley in the Block Party Bash, and he wanted to ride on all of the rides whether he was tall enough or not.
